You will develop and deploy bioinformatics pipelines, lead multiomics analyses, and collaborate across clinicians and computational scientists to advance precision medicine for neurodegenerative diseases.

The role involves working with cloud infrastructures, HPC, and innovative tools, with opportunities for publications and grants. Full-time, exempt, 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistical Genetics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, or Neuroscience with computational experience.
• Proven track record designing analytical strategies and developing novel tools/pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust bioinformatics pipelines and custom software tools.
• Lead integrative multiomics analyses bridging WGS, scRNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics.
• Identify and safely transition large external datasets into analytic pipelines for validation.
• Collaborate across teams; contribute to publications and grant proposals.
