Job summary

The Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute's Restorative Neurotrauma Lab seeks an experienced Research Coordinator to support Drs. Darrow and Cramer in the Division of Neurosurgery at HCMC.

This onsite role requires guiding study activities, coordinating IDE/IND processes, and advancing research milestones in downtown Minneapolis. You will manage participant screening, data collection, and grant-related tasks, liaising with IRB, FDA, and collaborators across institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in the specified research field.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) and regulatory documentation.
• Experience writing and preparing grant proposals and managing research budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant screening, recruitment, and engagement in research projects.
• Maintain IRB submissions, IDE/IND processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with grant proposals, abstracts, and publications; organize meetings and reporting.
• Oversee data collection, ensure data integrity, and manage project materials.
• Train new researchers and coordinate collaborations with external institutions.
