The University of Miami/UHealth department of Neurology is hiring a Full Time Research Associate 2 for a hybrid role in Miami, FL. The incumbent contributes to research activities under supervision, supports histology and neuropathology tasks, and participates in manuscript and grant preparation.

Core duties include tissue processing, staining, data management, SOP development, and training of lab personnel in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lab records, inventories, and data management systems.
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to lab staff and technicians.
• Assist in manuscript, report, and grant preparation for research outcomes.
