Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - certificate REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Lead and mentor other nurses; act as preceptor.
• Ensure documentation per department guidelines and safety standards.
