Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Science Liaison specializing in Neuroscience (CAPLYTA) for the Great Lakes region. The role focuses on brain health disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and neurodegenerative diseases, with extensive field-based engagement.

The MSL will develop scientific engagement plans, build relationships with KOLs/HCPs, and collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Ops while ensuring compliance and advancing investigator-initiated research.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) required.
• Post-graduate experience preferred.
• 2+ years in a relevant MSL or therapeutic area.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strategic engagement.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute scientific engagement plans with KOLs/HCPs.
• Build relationships with KOLs/HCPs and facilitate scientific exchange.
• Support investigator-initiated studies and stay informed on disease landscape trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Ops).
• Ensure compliance in all activities.
