What to Expect
- Engage healthcare providers (HCPs) using a range of in-person, virtual, and digital tools to discuss products and treatment options
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in long-term care (LTC) facilities
- Provide on-label product information while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Address aspects of product access, including payor coverage and formulary placement
- Utilize various digital tools for customer engagement to foster strong relationships
What is Required
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience
- Essential experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role with healthcare providers (HCPs)
- Thorough understanding of the LTC environment and its specific needs
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within LTC facilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience within the long-term care (LTC) sector or with healthcare providers is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information
