Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the clinical and management activities of one or more unit(s) to provide quality patient care.
• Supervise, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel and discipline departmental personnel.
• Establish standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Plan and ensure safe, economical and efficient patient care; ensure documentation and continuity of care.
• Develop and administer the division's budget and monitor expenditures.
• Support education and research with the Unit Medical Director.
