The Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) will increase territory sales and develop customer relationships through strategic product promotion and engagement.

The HSP should possess strong customer, market, and business acumen, demonstrate analytical skills, and have in-depth product and disease knowledge. They should excel in driving sales, managing strategic business development, and engaging customers both in-person and virtually. Excellent communication, teamwork, and digital tool proficiency are essential, especially for remote work in collaboration with internal teams to meet Pfizer’s objectives.

How You Will Achieve It

  1. Drive sales within the assigned territory.
  2. Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
  3. Develop and execute effective call plans and engagement strategies.
  4. Build rapport and maintain customer relationships using digital tools effectively.
  5. Utilize reports and analytics to identify and develop strategic opportunities.
  6. Educate providers on product and disease state value propositions, using approved information and patient resources.
  7. Collaborate across teams to address customer needs and support Pfizer’s goals.
  8. Complete administrative responsibilities timely and compliantly.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 2+ years relevant experience with a degree, or more with lesser education).
  • Experience in professional sales, promotional activities, or entrepreneurial roles such as marketing or account management.
  • Relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT).
  • Strong local presence within 25 miles of territory.
  • Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Nice-to-Have

  • 1+ year in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing.
  • Proven sales success, territory management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant disease states and products.
  • Familiarity with territory customers and markets.

Other Details

Remote, field-based work. Application deadline: May 13, 2025.

Salary ranges from $71,700 to $180,200, plus quarterly incentives. Benefits include 401(k), paid leave, health coverage, and more. Relocation assistance may be available.
