Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is expanding its Neuroscience Specialist team to engage healthcare providers using in-person, virtual, and digital tools. The role focuses on on-label information, patient care guidance, and field-based thought leadership to inform local strategy.

The Neuroscience Specialist will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to drive compliant, effective engagement and deliver insights to the Area Business Lead across local markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; or 3+ years of B2B/equivalent outside sales in regulated environments.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing or therapy-focused responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage HCPs via in-person, virtual, and digital tools on product access and on-label information.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Elevate opportunities and local market insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
