A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Neuroscience District Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. We are looking for a Neuroscience District Sales Manager who wants to join an innovative and dynamic sales organization and to make a difference in patients’ lives every day.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the DSM is responsible for effectively leading, coaching and managing a team of 8-10 Neuroscience Account Managers. The DSM will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and leading the strategy execution within their district. The district geography includes 8-10 territories that will cover Indiana, Ohio, and portions of northern Kentucky. The DSM will be responsible for driving business results through effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, a car allowance, and other benefits to its employees.
