Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support multiple studies at The Brigham and Women's Hospital, onsite at 15 Francis Street. You will assist with recruitment, data management, and regulatory submissions under supervision of the CNCT Administrative Director and PI.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of post-bachelor's research experience, with strong data management and teamwork skills. Onsite position with 40 hours/week and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical research studies per protocol and guidelines.
• Screen for eligibility, recruit and evaluate potential study patients.
• Input, manage, and maintain patient data and study records.
• Prepare IRB submissions, amendments, and annual reviews.
• Coordinate study visits, communications with sponsors, and data analysis prep.
• Schedule research meetings and ensure regulatory documentation is up-to-date.
