Job summary

The Queen's Medical Center in Hawaii is seeking a Manager of Neuroscience Clinics (Neurology & Neurosurgery) to serve as the operational backbone of our high-volume ambulatory networks, ensuring seamless patient access, optimal clinic flow, and exceptional clinical quality. You will partner with physicians and clinical leaders to resolve real-time bottlenecks and lead frontline teams with aloha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Nursing or Healthcare Administration; or four years progressive ambulatory experience.
• Master's degree preferred in Business, Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Current Hawaii State RN license preferred.
• Four years in ambulatory operations or healthcare operations with at least two years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and integration of programs for patient care activities.
• Ensure services support strategic plans and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and assess programs to promote and expand services in assigned areas.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to optimize staffing and clinic flow.
