Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate's Degree, the minimum required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current OH RN License.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implements, evaluates, revises, and coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient with the healthcare team.
• Communicate care plans to all team members and prioritize patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and care.
• Mentor and support new staff and float personnel on the unit.
• Document nursing processes accurately per hospital policy.
