Tree Of Life, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Richmond, VA, seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. Under RN oversight, you will provide direct nursing care, support preventive and rehabilitative strategies, and help clients achieve their treatment goals in adult neurorehabilitation settings.

This PRN position offers opportunities to educate clients and families, participate in care planning, and maintain compliance with licensing

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as an LPN is required.
• Experience with spinal cord/brain injury rehab preferred.
• Ability to work under RN supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care under RN oversight.
• Perform nursing assessments and timely interventions.
• Assist with medication management and care planning.
• Document nursing notes and maintain records promptly.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on goals.
