The Division of Neuroradiology in the Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at Johns Hopkins University is seeking a fellowship-trained, ABR subspecialty certified or eligible Neuroradiologist at the Clinical Associate/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor level. This is a 100% subspecialized neuroradiology position. The compensation package and faculty rank are commensurate with experience.
Non-traditional work shifts are possible and can be discussed.
This is a full-time permanent appointment. Responsibilities include fellow, resident, and medical student teaching, multidisciplinary conferences with Neurosurgery, Neurology, Otolaryngology, Neuro-oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Pathology. Opportunities for protected time for scholarly activity are offered for those interested in research. Pathways for promotion are available through scholarly, clinical, and/or educational excellence.

The expected base pay for this faculty position is $260,000 (assistant professor), $280,000 (associate professor), and $300,000 (professor). Additionally, there are quarterly supplements totaling $105,000 annually, subject to meeting clinical days worked minimum (approximately 180 clinical days per year).
The position qualifies for a productivity bonus of up to $90,000 per year based on meeting work relative value unit (wRVU) targets, and a year-end academic bonus of up to $40,000 based on achieving goals in academic productivity, education, quality, and citizenship. All bonuses are contingent upon timely clinical documentation. The annual maximum compensation ranges from $495,000 to $535,000, depending on academic rank and performance factors.
