7 on/7 off role
Location: Remote/Hybrid
The Department of Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained neuroradiologist to join a team covering a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule. The work hours are 1:30-9:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 12:30-8:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday, with the following week off. Vacation days can be used on weekdays and weekends, allowing for long stretches of time off.
The M-F afternoon worklist includes a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and ER cases. The evening worklist will mainly involve ER radiology, with some inpatient cases. Saturdays and Sundays are primarily ER cases, with some inpatient work. This schedule is ideal for a west coast candidate seeking a traditional daytime schedule or an east coast candidate wanting free mornings for personal or family reasons.
The successful candidate will join a large Northwell Health division of neuroradiologists (including day, mid-shift, and overnight teams) to provide subspecialized neuroradiology services across the health system.
