Job summary

Oceanside Community Services, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Psychometrician to support neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults in Southern Maine.

The Psychometrician administers tests with standardized procedures, records behavioral observations, and scores data for interpretation by licensed psychologists. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may have flexible work-from-home time for scoring and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, behavioral health, education, or a related field.
• Relevant academic, research, behavioral health, or assessment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent observational, writing, and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused communication.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and accept clinical supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and common computer applications.
• Ability to learn testing, scoring, and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle copyrighted assessment materials appropriately.
• Ability to satisfy required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Administer neuropsychological and psychological tests with standardized procedures.
