Job summary

The University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a full-time Neuropsychologist to serve as Training Director, leading a two-year APPCN postdoctoral fellowship and guiding clinical education across the department. You will collaborate with education leaders to strengthen interdisciplinary care and mentorship for trainees.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from APA/CPA-accredited program.
• APA/CPA-approved pre-doctoral internship completed.
• Postdoctoral neuropsychology training; APPCN guidelines preferred.
• Minnesota psychology license or eligibility.
• Board-certified or board-eligible; ABPP-CN within 3 years after employment if not already certified.
• Credentialing and privileging eligibility.
• Proven leadership in a neuropsychology education program.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the division's 2-year APPCN postdoctoral training program, including supervision and weekly didactics attendance.
• Collaborate with the division's associate training directors and other education leaders.
• Partner with departmental and clinical leadership to establish partnerships and referrals.
• Engage in the Department's Rehabilitation Neuropsychology and other specialty clinics.
• Teach and mentor trainees across the Medical School, including students, residents, fellows, visiting students, and allied health professionals.
• Contribute to scholarly activities and research aligned with departmental goals.
