Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Psychometric Technician to join our Neuropsychology team in Springfield, Massachusetts. You will administer neuropsychological assessments, score and document results, and provide supportive care to patients throughout the evaluation process.

You will collaborate with neuropsychologists and clinical teams, participate in training learners, and help maintain testing resources and workflow in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in medical, psychiatric or educational setting.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administer neuropsychological assessments using standardized procedures and protocols.
• Provide supportive patient care by orienting patients and families to the evaluation process and establishing rapport.
• Document and score assessments accurately using computer systems for test administration, scoring, and documentation.
• Collaborate with neuropsychologists and clinical teams to coordinate scheduling and patient communication.
• Assist in training students, residents, and fellows in neuropsychological testing procedures.
