Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Electroencephalographic Technician to perform standard EEG procedures as ordered by physicians. The role includes a weekend schedule (Friday through Sunday) with 3/12 shifts, contributing to patient care and diagnostic services.

The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, 6 months of related healthcare experience, and BCLS/CPR certification at hire.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months of direct patient care experience OR of non-patient care healthcare experience preferred.
• BCLS/CPR certification required at hire; ABRET BRPT preferred or registry to obtain.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• Six (6) months of direct patient care experience OR of non- patient care healthcare experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support CPR Upon Hire Required and
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• Obtain registry through ABRET in one area of neurodiagnostics or Registered Poloysomnograhic Tech by BRPT Preferred
