Job summary

Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics in Salem, Oregon seeks an Occupational Therapist in Neuromuscular Outpatient Rehabilitation. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, 8:00 am–6:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts. Qualifications

• Valid Oregon license to practice or license eligibility.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough, evidence-based evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for outpatient functional goals.
• Deliver goal-oriented neuromuscular rehabilitation interventions for outpatient patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PT, Speech, physicians, and care coordinators.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and self-management.
• Document clearly and communicate to support smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes.
