The ideal candidate will join a team of subspecialized neurologists and have opportunities for clinical research, teaching, and program development, with academic affiliations to FIU and FAU. This on-site opportunity emphasizes patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Fellowship training in Neuromuscular Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology and Neuromuscular.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage neuromuscular disorders including peripheral neuropathies and myopathies.
• Perform EMG/NCS studies as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in teaching and research.

The Miami Neuroscience Institute (MNI), part of Baptist Health South Florida, is seeking a Neuromuscular Neurologist to join our rapidly growing and highly collaborative neurosciences program in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the diagnosis and management of neuromuscular disorders, including peripheral neuropathies, myopathies, motor neuron disease, neuromuscular junction disorders, and related conditions. Experience with EMG/NCS is required.
