Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist 2 to partner with healthcare professionals in supporting spinal cord stimulation procedures and delivering technical expertise.

You will provide patient follow-up care, educate customers on clinical usage, and drive therapy adoption through collaboration with the sales team, while maintaining a focus on safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and/or clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
• Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
• Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products with presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead educational initiatives for customers using diverse formats to ensure healthcare professionals stay informed about product technology and industry trends.
• Work closely with physicians and hospital staff to deliver tailored education regarding clinical benefits and best practices.
• Engage clients through regular training sessions and workshops to support optimal therapy outcomes.
• Provide updates on innovations and evidence-based therapies to support informed decision-making in pain management.
• Actively participate in surgical cases, providing hands-on support throughout procedures.
