You will partner with Global Medical Affairs to translate global plans into actionable US programs, engage physicians, payers, and patient groups, and shape evidence generation and medical education. You will build and guide a high-performing US team, drive scientific communications, and ensure rigorous execution

Qualifikationen

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience within Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success leading U.S. Medical Affairs organizations and launch readiness activities for rare disease and/or specialty products; neurometabolic disease preferred.

• Lead U.S. medical strategy across pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle for neurometabolic portfolio.
• Serve as senior U.S. medical leader to ensure patient identification, disease and product knowledge, and outcomes.
