Job summary

MedVet in Utah is seeking a Neurology Technician Assistant to support the neurology department with patient care, documentation, and gentle oversight of stable patients.

The role involves assisting veterinary technicians, restraining patients, stocking supplies, maintaining clean treatment areas, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced emergency and specialty setting. Prior veterinary experience is required, and flexible hours are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinary technicians in ensuring patients receive quality care.
• Assist in ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
• Assist with oversight and care of stable patients.
• Assist Veterinary Technicians with patient restraint.
• Manage the restocking of supplies for clinical teams.
• Maintain clean treatment areas and manage laundry needs of department.
