Job summary

Med Cap Health seeks a Neurology Specialist to join our team in multiple locations. This full-time physician role offers flexible scheduling and competitive 1099 pay.

You will evaluate patients with various neurological conditions, develop, and implement tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while providing telemedicine coverage for overnight and weekend shifts to ensure broad patient access.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited residency in Neurology.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology through the ABPN or equivalent.
• Current DEA registration.
• Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

NEUROLOGY SPECIALIST: DETAILS

Pay: Competitive pay (1099) $250,000 -$500,000.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, making it easier to balance work and personal life.

YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU ENJOY:

As a Neurology Specialist, you will spend your day evaluating patients with various neurological conditions. You will create and carry out treatment plans that fit each patient's needs. Working with a team of healthcare professionals will be crucial, allowing you to provide the best care possible. Additionally, you will help with telemedicine coverage for overnight and weekend shifts to make sure our patients have access to care when they need it.

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU:

• A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of employment
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or an equivalent recognized body
• Current DEA registration

Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, or neurocritical care) is preferred but not required.
