Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist in the Minneapolis area to build regional relationships with HCPs, offices, and payers. You will lead physician detailing, product education, and in-servicing while meeting sales targets and coordinating with cross-functional partners.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year pharma sales or B2B sales experience, with strong communication and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Experience with complex healthcare accounts/stakeholders is a plus.
• Neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease or specialty therapeutics exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and staff to promote products and education.
• Grow key account relationships and meet sales targets.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and manage budgets.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies.
• Travel regularly (air travel and overnight) as needed.
