Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with state RN licensure.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education.
• Lead transitions of care and discharge planning.
• Provide clinical care and ensure quality and safety.
