Job summary

PHP Staging Mobile Taleo is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Neurology to perform assessment, planning, intervention, coordination, and evaluation of patient care. This role requires current licensure in Ohio and strong HIPAA compliance.

The nurse will contribute to multidisciplinary care teams, work within an ambulatory setting, and may use EPIC EMR; CPR certification within 3 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed nursing program completed and active.
• Current Ohio nursing license with active CNE requirements.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge.
• Prefer ambulatory care experience.
• Ability to support management and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and plan care.
• Intervene and coordinate care across teams.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plan.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation.
• Work in Neurology unit.
