Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice: knowledge of how to collaborate with each patient and family in care planning.
• Cultural awareness: ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication: transmit and interpret ideas with patients and families.
• Patient assessment and care: knowledge of assessing ailments and planning care.
• Discharge planning: plan post-discharge needs with patient and care partner.
• Medication administration knowledge and practice.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and EHR.
• RN license in PA and NJ per requirements.

Responsibilities
