Job summary

Wake Forest Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in Neurology for our High Point location. This full-time role is 40 hours a week, M-F 8a-5p, with a $35.50-$53.25 hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring accurate EHR documentation. BSN preferred; active RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• RN license with active unrestricted practice in the relevant state (NC).
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Experience: typically 2 years in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process; assess, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Monitor patients, adjust care plans, collaborate with care team.
• Administer meds and therapies per protocols; ensure safety and ethics.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
• May float to other units as needed to meet patient needs.
