Job summary

Myana is seeking a Neurology Center physician to provide medical supervision of services and programs, and to contribute to program development and education. This role acts as a liaison to the medical staff and supports recruitment and ongoing staff education.

The physician will ensure quality of care, oversee clinical operations, and participate in accreditation and regulatory compliance activities to maintain program integrity.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Administrative experience as Medical Director.
• Licensed board eligible or Board Certified Physician with Neurology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical supervision of Neurology Center services and programs and ensures quality of medical care.
• Acts as liaison to medical staff for physician-related issues and assists in staff development.
• Participates in program development, utilization management, accreditation (e.g., JCAHO/OSHA) and education.
• Assists with hiring/orientation of new staff and community education.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and legal requirements for Neurology Center.
