Optum WA (formerly The Polyclinic) is seeking a Neurology Physician to join our team in Seattle, WA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization dedicated to transforming the way clinicians work and live. The Polyclinic is one of the largest multispecialty physician-led groups in the Seattle area, home to top specialists. You will join a respected team of three Neurologists, supported by a dedicated team of medical assistants, nurses, and administrators, allowing you to focus on your clinical practice.

Required Qualifications:

1. Board certification or eligibility in Neurology at the time of employment
2. Licensed to practice in Washington State by the time of employment
3. Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority

Salary Range (Washington Residents Only):

The salary range is $300,000 to $500,000, based on experience, certifications, and other factors. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions. Specific pay structure varies by individual.
