Job summary

Sentara Neurology Specialists is seeking board-certified or board-eligible general outpatient neurologists to join our Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Williamsburg locations. This established outpatient practice offers robust patient demand and strong physician support within Sentara Health.

You will provide expert diagnosis and management of diverse neurological conditions in a convenient outpatient setting, with a focus on work-life balance and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible general outpatient neurologists for Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Williamsburg.
• Experience in outpatient neurology preferred but not required for all candidates.
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills in neurology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with Neurology Residents and Physician Assistant teammates.
• Participate in telehealth-integrated care to expand patient access.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $301,704.00 - $383,240.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
