First Physicians Group of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has opened a new 7,400 sq. ft. office with 10 exam rooms and 2 EMG rooms in Venice, FL. We are hiring multiple neurologists, including general and sub-specialty trained in Neuromuscular, Behavioral, and Movement Disorders. Physicians may have office space in Sarasota and/or Venice locations.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Join 13 highly trained neurologists in a collegial environment.
• Inpatient/outpatient or outpatient-only positions available.
• Group has 6 PAs/APRNs providing clinic and hospital coverage.
• Neurohospitalist coverage at SMH-Sarasota and SMH-Venice.
• Outpatient services at three locations in Sarasota and Venice.
• Separate inpatient neurology and stroke service lines.
• Telestroke coverage provided by an outside group during nights and weekends.
• Large referral base from community providers and employed physicians.
• Support for Deep Brain Stimulation procedures.
• Teaching affiliation with Florida State University available.
