Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist to join a growing neurology program at a community hospital. You will provide outpatient neurological care with autonomy within practice and support from dedicated advanced practice providers.

The position features a 4-day work week, a starting salary of $400,000-$450,000 plus RVU bonuses, a $100,000 sign-on package, and comprehensive benefits. You will have 33 days PTO and a 5-day CME allowance.
