Job summary

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting tests, developing care plans, and educating patients and families, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification.
• Credentials: Physician Assistant-Certified.
• Active DEA license or ability to apply.

Responsibilities

• Examines etiologies, risk factors, and epidemiology of conditions.
• Performs history and physicals appropriate to patient age and problem.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic studies.
• Synthesizes data using critical thinking.
• Develops and adjusts the care plan as needed.
• Manages medical conditions with appropriate pharmacologic therapies.
• Counsels patients and families.
• Maintains accurate EMR documentation and procedural skills.
