Job description

The SLUCare Neurology department is actively seeking a Movement Disorder Physician to join our growing department in St. Louis, MO! New grads are welcome to apply. The position will be located at our teaching facility, Saint Louis University Hospital.

Position Highlights:

1. Academic appointment with Saint Louis University School of Medicine
2. State-of-the-art facility built in 2020
3. Outpatient clinic setting with up to 2 days in OR
4. Call Schedule: Providers are on call 1 week at a time, 7 days on Sunday 5pm to Sunday 5pm (7 weeks a year)
5. Opportunity to grow your practice quickly with an existing patient panel
6. Potential for inpatient services with increased compensation
7. Part of a busy neurology department with divisions including vascular neurology, neurocritical care, neuro-interventional, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular, and child neurology
8. Collaborative team of neurosurgeons and experienced nurse practitioners
9. Research packages available

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Fellowship in ACGME Movement Disorder program preferred but not required
