Job summary

Tidewater Neurologists, Inc. & Sleep Disorders Specialists is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our neurology and sleep medicine team in Virginia.

You will perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, assist with diagnosing conditions, and help develop individualized treatment plans alongside experienced neurologists. No prior neurology experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in Virginia (or eligible for licensure).
• Neurology or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Natural fit for collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Committed to empathetic, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations including detailed histories and exams.
• Collaborate with neurologists to plan treatment
• Build individualized care plans and manage medications and therapies
• Deliver longitudinal care with follow-up visits and referrals as needed
