The role offers full-time, flexible scheduling (4/10s or 5/8s) and collaboration with physicians, APPs, and support staff in a mission-driven environment.

You will provide direct patient care, participate in teaching, document in Epic, and contribute to quality improvement while supporting community health efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred
• Board certified prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license
