Infinite Medical P.C. in Taunton, MA is seeking a friendly Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

You will provide comprehensive care for patients with neurological disorders, including epilepsy, MS, and Parkinson's disease, in a long-term care setting. The position is part-time with a competitive annual salary range of $30,000 to $90,000, with benefits such as paid time off and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Neurology
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients. Prolonged sitting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide education and support
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach
• Provide patient and family education on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize patient care delivery
• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat patients with neurological conditions

Job Summary
