Job Overview

The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMSRH), part of the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established General Neurology practice in Cambridge, Maryland. This practice has been operational for over 31 years and offers patient-centered outpatient services with a Monday through Friday schedule and no call requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult neurology outpatient cases, with minimal adolescent and young adult patients.
• See approximately 15 follow-up patients per day.
• Work collaboratively within a growing team including 2 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners, and 1 physician assistant.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification or obtained prior to patient care.
• DEA and CDS eligibility.
• Experience in neurology preferred but not required; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Benefits and Compensation

• Salary range: $50.21 - $69.28 per hour ($104,436.80 - $144,102.40 annually).
