Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with neurology physicians.
• Support and monitor patients receiving infusion therapies and various neurological testing.
• Provide patient and family education regarding disease management, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, therapists, and community resources.
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives.
• Support patient access needs through practice coverage at both Rockport and Belfast locations.
