Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a full-time Neurology clinician (NP/PA) to join Androscoggin Valley Hospital and outreach sites in Berlin, NH. The role focuses on outpatient neurology for adolescents and adults, with a wide range of conditions and a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Neurology.
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required by American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurologic evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adolescents (16+) and adults.
• Order and review diagnostic testing, imaging, and laboratory studies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care and patient education.
• Assist with specialty procedures such as Botox therapy and other neurologic interventions.
