Job summary

Your Jared in Colorado seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time role in a clinical neurology outpatient setting. The NP provides advanced care under supervision of a neurologist, conducts evaluations, manages treatment plans, orders tests, and educates patients.

The position requires MSN or DNP, Colorado NP license, national certification (ANCC/AANP), and DEA registration. Experience in neurology and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSN or DNP in Nursing and be licensed in Colorado.
• National NP certification is required (ANCC or AANP).
• DEA registration or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and patient evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions with neurologists.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans; prescribe meds and therapies per Colorado law.
• Order, review, and interpret EEG, imaging, and labs; share results with patients.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
