The role requires an MSN or DNP, active Texas NP licensure, ANCC/AANP certification, and DEA registration or eligibility, with strong clinical judgment and patient education. Experience in neurology and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) required.
• Active Texas NP license in good standing.
• National certification as an NP (ANCC or AANP).
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and patient evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions (e.g., post‑traumatic injuries).
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans with neurologists.
• Prescribe injections and therapies per Texas scope-of-practice.
• Order and review EEGs, imaging, labs; communicate results to patients.
• Maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
