Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Or Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Resource - demonstrate competence and communicate effectively with team members; stay current with key systems.
• Perform experiments and record data - follow protocols, maintain records, analyze data, and assist in training others.
• Customer Service - build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and respond to requests promptly.
• Lab Administration - troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory, maintain cell cultures, operate standard lab equipment, and support daily lab operations.
