The Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology division at Vanderbilt Health seeks a Clinical Translational Research Coordinator II (CTRC 2) to support pharmaceutical trials, foundation studies, and NIH-funded research. The role emphasizes quality, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with investigators, clinicians, patients, and caregivers.

This in-person position requires strong organizational and communication skills, at least 1 year of experience, and competency in core clinical research

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical/translational research settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IRB, regulatory processes and biospecimen handling.
• Excellent communication with investigators, participants and sponsors.

Responsabilités

• Understand and compliantly perform procedures required by each study protocol.
• Coordinate research activities with investigators, staff and departments.
• Maintain accurate data entry and timely query resolution.
• Ensure informed consent is conducted and documented.
• Monitor safety reporting of studies and regulatory compliance.
