Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville seeks a Clinical Translational Research Coordinator II (CTRC 2) to support the Behavioral and Cognitive Neurology division in advancing neurodegenerative disease research through regulatory compliant clinical trials and observational studies.

The CTRC II will work with investigators, clinicians, patients and families to manage study approvals, participant enrollment, data collection, and reporting, with opportunities for professional development in GCP, regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical/translational research with regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP) and human subjects protections.
• Ability to coordinate protocol activities and maintain study documentation.
• Experience with IRB submissions and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with investigators, staff, and participants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protocol procedures and participant scheduling.
• Administer or oversee neuropsychological assessments and cognitive testing.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely query resolution.
• Maintain regulatory documents and conduct adverse event reporting.
• Engage with investigators, patients, and caregivers to support trial execution.
• Contribute to training and mentoring of staff.
• Attend weekly meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
