Job summary

Mercy Clinic Neurology is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient team at Southfork in St. Louis, MO. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift, full-time schedule, and a collaborative environment with physicians and care staff.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, documenting vital signs, assisting with procedures, providing education, and coordinating care in a clinic setting. Requires nursing license and CPR or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, valid state nursing license.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, review histories and vital signs, and document findings.
• Assist physicians with patient care, treatments and procedures.
• Perform neurology-specific nursing procedures and injections as needed.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with the team.
• Document care in the electronic health record and support labs/diagnostics.
